I worked my ass off and the flea markets been postponed. AWESOME!
It's actually seriously lame
On my dad's birthday two years ago we made a Smith Island Cake, which I've discovered is Maryland's state dessert, why does a state need an official dessert? I don't know, but it's awesome nonetheless. So I want to try to make it vegan, it's essentially an 8-15 layer cake, when we made it it had 12 so I want to try that. The weird thing is it's typically made with condensed milk and yellow box cake mix, why? I don't understand.
But I'm making it from scratch! I just need to find more like sized cake pans because I dont want to spend all day baking two at a time.
